Production deployments surface information that pilots never could — edge cases, failure modes, performance patterns across different input types. Organizations that systematically capture and act on that information improve their agent deployments continuously. Those that don’t find that performance plateaus or degrades as conditions change.

Enterprises that understand this and plan for it reach steady-state performance faster than those that set unrealistic timelines and then cut corners when they slip.
